In order to provide comprehensive auditing capability, netPrefect™ maintains logs of the following:

This data is timestamped, record by record.
- Detected events
Events can be viewed in real-time, using the netPrefect GUI.
- Detected alerts
Alerts can be viewed in real-time, using the netPrefect GUI. In addition, a simple to understand dashboard is available to show up to the minute accounting of all security events, categorised by severity or classification.
- netPrefect™ user interaction
All user sign on and console connections are logged, to enable forensic "who, what, where and when" type analysis.
