Site View
Operating a NOC?
Do you need constant visibility on the status of your customers/sites?
Use the Site View report - a simple, no frills, report that lists your sites and the level of alerts, by alert classification.
Display the site view on your desktop or a large wall mounted monitor, or both.
Selecting the name of the site will display a view of the devices being monitored on that site
Selecting the coloured (non-green) block, which indicates that alerts are present, will display a list of all the alerts present on that site or device
Selecting the name of the managed resource will now give an overview of the device in question.
